One-Way/Roundtrip Bookings • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the contracted start time or flight arrival time will forfeit 50% of the trip total. • Cancellations made within 8 hours of the contracted start time or flight arrival time will result in forfeiture of 100% of the trip total.

Exclusive Hourly Bookings • Cancellations for hourly services must be made at least 72 hours before the contracted start time to avoid forfeiture of 50% of the quoted fare. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the contracted start time will result in forfeiture of 100% of the quoted fare.

Additional Policies • Grace Period: Customers may modify or cancel their booking without penalty within 2 hours of the initial booking, provided the service is not scheduled to occur within the next 24 hours. • No-Show Policy: Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location within 15 minutes of the agreed-upon time will result in full trip charges. • Late Arrivals by Driver: If a driver is delayed by more than 15 minutes due to our fault, you may request a partial refund or reschedule at no additional cost. • Flight Delays: For airport pickups, we will monitor flight statuses and adjust pickup times accordingly. Delays exceeding 2 hours may incur additional fees. • Emergency Flexibility: Verified emergencies, such as hospitalization or natural disasters, may qualify for a full refund or rescheduling at no charge. Documentation may be required.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days.
